Collection: Your vehicle will be collected by a member of our dedicated transport team whether it be at home or work and a courtesy car will be supplied to yourself free of charge.
Estimates:
Many estimates are now compiled using digital imaging technology, these images and the estimate are then transmitted on-line to the insurance company for their approval.
Reception:
Our receptionists will keep you updated with progress reports on your vehicle whilst in our workshop, until it is ready to be returned to you. You can be updated by telephone, email or SMS text, the choice is yours.
Panel:
Your vehicle will be repaired to manufacturers specifications by our experienced team. All panel beaters are qualified to BS4872 Welding standard and have intimate knowledge of the Car-o-liner collision repair system.
Paint:
All vehicles are refinished to the highest
using Glasurits
and Lesonals
latest waterborne paint technology, which complies with
the latest ruling from the Environmental Protection
Agency.
Cleaning:
All vehicles are washed and vacuumed to ensure
they are in pristine condition prior to return to its
owner.
Guarantee:
All repair work is supplied with a written 3 year guarantee along with a quality statement which issues you with a freephone number in order to contact us if you are not happy at any time in the future with the work we have carried out.
